21 and above for cocktails
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
You may be dropped off or leave your car at Brookwood Mall Macy's parking lot. We board 10 minutes before the tour starts. Friday 6-10pm & Sat 5-9pm..

What's the refund policy?
No refunds. Your ticket is good for the day & time of the date purchased.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You can show on your phone or printed ticket.
Is there anything else I need to know?

What if I have dietary restrictions?
Accommodations can often be made for those individuals with special dietary needs. We request that you notify us when purchasing your tickets if you have food allergies (such as gluten-free or dairy-free) and we will make every effort to accommodate you. However, substitutions may not be available at all tasting locations. We apologize in advance!

Yes. Guests on the Incognito Mobile Cigar Lounge must be 30 and older.
